Policies
- All services require a sterile environment and in some cases sharp objects! Because of this we ask that you find a sitter for your little ones and fur babies as we will not be able to allow them into the studio.
- If you need to make changes or cancel your appointment, please give at least 48 hours notice.
- Due to the nature of the services offered; we are unable to provide refunds for services rendered. If you have any concerns in regards to your service, please contact us within 72 hours so we can make it right!
- Pricing is subject to change at any time. Please note that our rates may increase or vary in the case of travelling, events or in special circumstances.
Lash Extensions
- Clients under the age of 17 must have parental or legal guardian consent for lash extensions.
- We are happy to do lash extension fills on previous work done by other lash technicians. However, we may determine that your previous lash extensions should be removed prior to working on your lashes. This is to ensure the health of your natural lashes are not compromised.
- Fills must be booked no later than 4 weeks from your last appointment. Because the natural lash cycle is 30 days; any lash extensions remaining past the 4 week point will be outgrown and need to be removed. Removal fee will apply. If booking prior to 4 weeks, there must be a minimum of 40% lash extensions remaining.
- Please arrive to your appointment without eye makeup and with clean lashes. If this is not possible the time spent cleaning your lashes will be deducted from your appointment time and a $15 cleaning fee will be applied.
- If you wear contact lenses please remove them prior to your service.
Cosmetic Tattoo
- Clients under the age of 19 must have parental or legal guardian consent for cosmetic tattoo.
- Healed results will vary with each individual client and using makeup may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely no guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optional results.
- Tattoo correction of previously tattooed areas must book a consultation first. We cannot guarantee results for corrective services. In some cases where the previous work is too dark, dense, discoloured or large, tattoo removal will be recommended before we begin the cover-up/re-work. Previously tattooed areas and cover-ups will almost always require additional appointments for best results and will be charged accordingly.
- Although we give our best efforts to provide you with quality service, many factors can result in a less than desired outcome as each client will heal differently. Please refer to our FAQ section to see if the services we offer may be beneficial to you.
- A $100 booking fee is required in order to book and confirm every new cosmetic tattoo appointment. This booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your session and is non-refundable.
- All appointments and booking fees are non-transferable. If you choose to switch your appointment to another service your booking fee will not be deducted from the new service cost.
- Your free touch-up may be scheduled between 6-8 weeks following your first session. We must give your skin ample time to fully heal and regenerate before tattooing it again. Additional appointments will be charged according to our current price list.
Makeup Services
- A 50% booking fee is required in order to book and confirm every new makeup appointment. This booking fee will be deducted from the total cost of your service. If you choose to cancel your appointment, you will automatically forfeit your booking fee.
- Mobile makeup services require 72 hours notice if you decide to reschedule your appointment.
- All appointments and booking fees are non-transferable. If you choose to switch your appointment to another service your booking fee will not be deducted from the new service cost.
